Service rules

Requests are reviewed before confirmation.

Service fees are paid upfront; cash is not accepted.

Purchase-based tasks may require a pre-authorized spending cap.

Only the final approved receipt total is captured when applicable.

Restricted pickups may require direct client authorization with the store or pharmacy.

Standard errands generally do not include home entry.

Complex, event, multi-stop, or extra-runner requests may require a custom quote.

Handled SA may decline requests for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
