Handled SA is built on communication, transparency, thoughtful review, and practical service boundaries that protect clients, runners, and the business.

Our approach

Handled SA is a locally owned San Antonio small business. We are starting small intentionally so we can provide personal support, strong communication, and a high level of accountability with every accepted request.

Clear service boundaries

Requests are reviewed before confirmation. Handled SA does not provide rideshare, full-service moving, medical care, caregiving, heavy lifting, or requests involving illegal, suspicious, unsafe, high-risk, hazardous, or age-restricted activity. Standard errands generally do not include home entry. Approved Move-In Support may allow light in-home assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Pickup authorization

For prescriptions or other ID-required pickups, clients may need to contact the store, pharmacy, or provider after their request is approved and a runner is assigned. Handled SA will share the assigned runner’s name so authorization can be arranged before pickup.

Payments and receipts

Handled SA does not accept cash payments. Service fees are paid upfront before service begins. For purchase-based tasks, clients provide an approved spending cap that may be pre-authorized before service begins. Handled SA captures only the final approved receipt total, and unused authorization amounts are released. Receipts are provided for transparency when applicable. Larger shopping requests, multi-stop support, Move-In Support with extra runners, or more complex errands may require a custom quote.

Communication

We prioritize transparency, responsiveness, and clear instructions. Clients should provide directions and order details, not personal passwords, account logins, or other sensitive access credentials. Client data is used only to complete requests, is not sold, and request details are shared only with assigned runners, administrators, and trusted providers as needed to complete the service.

Trusted runner support

Handled SA is family operated at launch, and initial runners are trusted family members. As we grow, we hope to provide opportunities for others while maintaining careful review, training, communication standards, and clear accountability. When available, clients may see runner and vehicle details for added peace of mind. We keep client-facing communication routed through Handled SA support by default and do not share personal runner phone numbers.

Limited availability

Handled SA is currently operating with limited availability as we launch. We are growing thoughtfully so we can maintain reliable, personal support and a high-quality experience for every client.

Home entry policy

For standard errands, pickups, and deliveries, Handled SA generally does not enter private residences. Move-In Support may be approved in advance for light unpacking, setup help, organization, and coordination only. We do not provide full-service moving, heavy lifting, large furniture moving, appliance moving, or unsafe in-home labor.

Right to refuse unsafe requests

Handled SA may decline, cancel, or pause any request for safety, legal, operational, timing, or professional reasons. Respectful communication and accurate task information are expected at every step.

Prohibited items

Handled SA only accepts standard consumer errands and package returns that are legal, safe, sealed, and appropriate for transport. We do not accept hazardous materials, weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, other age-restricted items, cash, gift cards, live animals, or items that are leaking, suspicious, restricted, or unsafe.
