How item purchases work

Service fees and item costs are handled separately.

We keep the service fee separate from purchase authorization so the process stays clear, protected, and easy to follow.

Service fees are paid upfront

Your service fee covers the time, coordination, and local support required to complete your request.

Step 2

Item costs are handled separately

For grocery, store, or pharmacy purchases, you provide an approved spending cap. We may pre-authorize that amount and capture only the final receipt total.

Step 3

What happens after the receipt

If the receipt total is below your approved amount, the unused authorization is not captured. If it goes above your approved amount, we follow your over-budget instructions or request approval.
